PNLCS 1.9.0

A stable release, offered to every installation. It contains everything in
1.8.0. None of the changes below went out in a beta first. Thank you,
@pla0730484848-wq (#246 to #248) and
@dualarrow (#245 and the free order report on
the forum).

Added

• Product groups can be edited, hidden and deleted. A group could only be
  created (#246). Each group on Setup → Products/Services now has Edit
  (name, headline, tagline, Hidden: a hidden group is left out of the
  store, and its products can still be ordered through a direct link) and,
  when it holds no product, Delete. A group with products is refused,
  because deleting a group in the database takes its products with it; a
  group whose deleted products are still named by past services is refused
  too, so hide it instead.
• A gateway that is switched on but missing its keys says so. Checkout
  leaves such a gateway out; its card under Setup → Payment Gateways now
  says Not offered and names the fields to fill in.

Changed

• A refused form says why on every admin page. Most admin pages never
  printed the reasons a form was refused, so a save that did not go through
  looked as if nothing had happened: a Proxmox product whose save was refused
  over one of its fields read as "the group cannot be changed" (#247). The
  admin layout now lists the reasons a page does not print itself.
• The product buttons say what they make: New Product (it makes every
  kind of product, a non-hosting service included, as Type Other with no
  server module) and Add Invoice Item, a ready-made line for invoices you
  create by hand; the section listing those is Invoice Items (#248).
• "Open app" opens the app on the customer's domain when the app is
  pointed at one, and shows the server address under it for a domain that
  does not reach the server yet; without a domain it says how to use one.
  The mailed connection details do the same (#245).
• A free order asks for no payment. A cart of free products at no charge
  shows no payment step; after the order the customer goes to their services
  with "There was nothing to pay" (and that it is set up once reviewed, when
  the product is set up by hand), not to a paid invoice saying "Please
  complete payment".
• The client page's unpaid total is labelled Unpaid Invoices and is red
  only when something is owed; at zero it read as an "UNPAID" status.

Fixed

• A product set to Free with its prices left as the form starts them (-1,
  not sold, on every cycle) could not be ordered: the store said "Contact us"
  and checkout said no billing cycle was chosen. Such a product is now sold
  as Free, and the store and order page say Free. Free products with 0 on
  chosen cycles keep exactly those.
• The apps page on a phone: a long app name ran under its status badge,
  and the domain picker cut off its button.
• The apps page in German and Spanish read as machine translation:
  "Offene Schale" and "Als Wurzel" for Open shell and As root, "Häfen" for
  Ports, "Concha abierta", "Punto aquí." and category names with HTML
  entities in them. Rewritten.
• The server edit form names the password field by server type, as the
  add form does (a Panelica server's API Key read "New password").

Database changes

None.

For theme and module authors

• ModuleRegistry::missingGatewaySettings($module, $values) lists a
  gateway's required settings that hold no value; usableGateways() uses it.
• ContainerAccessDetailsMail takes an optional serverUrl.
• The admin layout prints validation errors the page did not print; an admin
  view that prints its own is unchanged.
