First public release.

Install: download FH2-EnhancedTuning-1.0.0.zip, drag the mods folder inside it onto your Azimuth folder (the one with azimuth.exe) and start the game. Needs Forza Horizon 2 1.0.0.64 on Azimuth 1.0.1 with Extra Options 0.3.0 and GetInCarFromPauseMenu=1. See the README for details.
