All these icons belong to the tools with Vivado from Xilinx Inc. and their desktop icon are hardcoded. So you can decide the icon name.

And the current Vivado icon is a little strange. In the original icon, the center part of it is transparent. However, the center of our new icon is solid.
maybe we could consider to re-draw them all and also unify their styles
