GoLive Edit 0.2.0 — Your Mixer, Now Within Reach
GoLive Edit 0.2.0 — Your mixer, now within reach
GoLive Edit brings your live mixer to your desktop and phone. Work in Local Live without OBS, choose OBS Control when you need it, and control the same running mix from a paired phone.
New in v0.2.0
- Phone remote operates the host mixer; mode, channel, and master controls stay synchronized between desktop and phone.
- Switch Local Live and OBS Control remotely.
- Remote parametric EQ with reset, smoother EQ dragging, and host input analyzer with predicted post-EQ curve.
- QR-based local-network pairing with trusted-device reconnect.
- Audio stays on the host; the remote carries controls and meter/analyzer data. No router port forwarding is needed.
- Windows x64 build tested on a Windows PC.
Still included from v0.1.0
- Independent Local Live mixing and local recording without OBS.
- OBS WebSocket connection, source mapping, and stream controls.
- Two-channel mixer with faders, mute/solo, EQ, gate, compressor, effects, and custom EQ plugin workflows.
- Native desktop builds for Intel Mac and Windows x64.
Downloads
- Windows 10/11 x64: GoLive-Edit-0.2.0-Windows-x64.exe. Rust and Cargo are not required; WebView2 is required and is included on most current Windows installations.
- macOS Intel x64: GoLive-Edit-0.2.0-macOS-x64.dmg. Ad-hoc signed, not notarized; macOS may ask you to approve opening it.
- Source and downloads: GoLive-Edit-0.2.0-Source-and-Downloads.zip.
Upgrade path
This is a new release. GoLive Edit v0.1.0 remains available unchanged in the release history.
For phone remote, connect the host and phone to the same trusted Wi-Fi or hotspot. The host uses a private TLS certificate, so the phone browser may show a trust warning; proceed only for the address shown inside GoLive Edit on your own network.
