[Update] compatibility with django 2 (#3)

* (UPDATE) add on_delete to models.ForeignKey for compatibility with django 2+

* (UPDATE) django 2.0 compatibility + update travis

* Re-added 3.5 and 3.4 (for now)

* Update __init__.py

* Update .travis.yml

Dropped Python 3.4 because of incompatibility with Django 2.1+. Outdated anyway
