pat-equaliser sets the height to early

When you have some images in elements that are to be pat-equalised, often the Pattern measures too early. When the image comes in, the element changes its height, but the pattern doesn't update. What the pattern should do is to activate itself a second time, once all images on the page are loaded.

The change is also now available in ploneintranet (but not yet starwhite).
