I am Lankapalli Lakshmi Pavan Kumar, a B.Tech Final Year ECE Student at SR University, specializing in Semiconductors, Advanced Electronics, and Emerging Technologies.
I’m passionate about VLSI Design, Nanotechnology, Advanced FET Devices, and Signal Processing, with a keen interest in bridging hardware innovations with intelligent systems.

My areas of interest include Semiconductors, 5G Technologies, Nanotechnology in Solar Cells, and Advanced Transistor Architectures (FinFET, TFET, Nanosheet FET).

I enjoy exploring new technologies and applying them to practical projects — whether it’s designing frequency selective surfaces for 5G signal enhancement, studying semiconductor junctions in depth, or experimenting with advanced device modeling. My journey started with core electronics, and I’m gradually expanding into programming, data structures & algorithms, and emerging AI tools.

Outside of academics, I’m a tech enthusiast 💻, a volleyball player 🏐, a cricket player ,and a lifelong learner who enjoys reading books and improving communication skills.
