The gem is renamed actionable-rb so it can be published to rubygems.org,
where actionable belongs to an unrelated 2014 gem. Nothing in the library
changed: require 'actionable', the Actionable module and every API stay the
same. Two lines in an app change: the Gemfile's gem 'actionable' becomes
gem 'actionable-rb', and a .rubocop.yml that loads the cop with plugins:
renames its key to actionable-rb. Read UPGRADING.md "1.8.2 → 1.9.0".

  • The gem is renamed actionable-rb, so it can be published to rubygems.org,
    where actionable belongs to an unrelated 2014 gem. require 'actionable',
    the Actionable module and every API are unchanged. A new
    lib/actionable-rb.rb lets Bundler.require load it by the gem name, and the
    gemspec now pushes to rubygems.org instead of GitHub Packages.
    Upgrade note: the Gemfile line becomes gem 'actionable-rb', and a
    .rubocop.yml that loads the cop with plugins: must use the actionable-rb
    key.
