CALDAV and CARDDAV on MacOS

This release enables CALDAV and CARDDAV on MacOS, supports login over LAN IP addresses and a new garbage collect command. There are multiple security fixes in this release for both servers and clients so please update ASAP.

Features:

• Caldav and cardav support on MacOS via the mount page
• Support login over LAN ip addresses without TLS certs
• a new gc command that will run a gc in the local server process
• Add a rename and move API for apps
• Open a calendar entry from a notification directly
• Install custom apps directly from an uploaded zip

Optimisations:

• Reduce flatpak and docker size by ~100 MB

Fixes:

• Extra security for localhost only APIs using random tokens
• atomic server identity creation
• Fix default daemon port to 8000 as before
• Upgrade dependencies
• Retry bulk commits that are rate limited
• Fix transition when clicking internal links in markdown viewer
• Fix server identity pre-rotation
