ContextFlow 1.1.1 improves the reading workflow across the Chrome extension, desktop app, website and documentation.

  • Unified product theme, navigation and installation flow.
  • More reliable inline annotations, images, Markdown formulas, reading library backups and article navigation.
  • Improved Agent configuration testing, Codex profile selection, shared readiness state and error messages.
  • Better desktop background behavior, menu bar access, service lifecycle and recovery diagnostics.

Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store. Chrome review and distribution are independent of this GitHub release; this release does not mean the extension update has been approved.

For AI and note sync, download the Mac Apple Silicon DMG and follow the desktop setup guide. Requires macOS 13.5+. This direct-distribution build accepts the store extension only. The app includes its runtime; end users do not need npm, Git or Node.js.

The Mac package has ad-hoc integrity sealing, but no Developer ID signature or Apple notarization. Other desktop architectures are not offered for download yet. SHA-256 sidecars verify the exact files; they are not publisher certification. Existing data and configuration should be retained during manual overwrite upgrades.

Validation: full local release regression, real Chromium extension workflows, Electron layout/lifecycle, installed Agent protocol checks, restricted Personal model connection, and packaged runtime startup. Windows clean-install testing and renewed manual OS browser authorization are outside this release's current local verification scope.
