Fixed Issue with Input file selection.

v1.1 Changed the Values used for gain calculations

Now the values used for the gain calculations are normalized overall and computed from the E(Theta) and E(Phi) Magnitude radiated electric field strength values.
This should increase accuracy for feeds with cross-polarization. However, it is still recommended to avoid it as much as possible.

v1.0 First working implementation

First implementation of the idea, still missing some features that would be nice such as specifizing the output file names and some error handeling.
