1. Preinstall "psutil", "python-daemon"
2. Then you run command "python GetSystem [start|stop|restart]"
3. System Record will in "/home/Systeminfo"
4. File format [CPU percentage, Memory percentage, Hard Disk percentage, Network Receiver, Network Sent, Date]
