Added

• A fetched method's provenance carries its declared name: MethodProvenance gains display_name, the display_name the package's METHODS.toml declares at the fetched commit, and null when it declares none, so the method_provenance of a method_ref run on /v1/execute and /v1/start reports it beside the address, tag, commit and tree digest, and a host can name the run's method after it. A fetched copy's .provenance.json sidecar records it too, and a sidecar or a record written without it still reads, its display_name null.
