Expected Behavior

We should be able to use Google Assistant after turning off Batter Saver

Current Behavior

Google Assistant stop working after turning off Battery Saver

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Settings/Battery/Battery Saver
2. Set Use Battery Saver to ON and wait some seconds
3. Set User Battery Saver to OFF
4. Say “OK Google” or “Hey Google”
5. Confirm the Google Assistant is not working anymore
