- I already searched on this Github page to check if the same suggestion was already reported.
- I already searched on the plugin wiki to know if the feature is already implemented.
- I already searched on the Discord server to know if anyone already has a solution for this or if the feature was already suggested.

Describe the solution you'd like
After the latest update of CosmeticsCore, (1.3.5)
all cosmetics have become locked and can no longer be previewed — even though I already have the cosmeticscore.user.cosmetics.seeingui.* permission.
In the previous version, it was possible to try on cosmetics without owning the permission for that specific cosmetic. Has this permission behavior been removed?

Please make it possible to preview locked cosmetics as well.
