• PHP 8.1–8.3 compatibility: empty lines in an imported coupon file and an empty pasted coupon list are no longer passed as null to trim() / explode() (deprecated since PHP 8.1, which made the import fail).
• composer.json now allows PHP 8.0 – 8.3.
• Security fix: the import endpoints now require an admin login and the Cart Price Rules permission. Earlier versions let unauthenticated requests reach them.
• Verified by static analysis (PHPCompatibility, php -l on PHP 7.4, 8.1 and 8.3); not run on a live store.
