Switching between code and design view leads to breakage #1

Drag an element onto the canvas and configure its attributes. Then switch to the code view. Then switch back to the designer. There's a good chance you won't see your element anymore. This happens consistently for me in Canary.

Still seeing issues in Canary M36.

Steps to repro:

  1. Drag out a UI toolbar
  2. Switch to code view
  3. Switch to design view

The editor is collapsed and just shows the word "Elements"
