修复

  • 「侧边栏底部卡片」开关无效：1.10.0 把 useDisplay() 上移时误删了 if (!display.footer) return null 判断（改成了仅读取不判断），开关只写 localStorage 但不影响渲染。已恢复判断，并移除旧的 config-only 判断（config 值仍通过 useDisplay 默认值生效）
  • 验证：三开关全开 → 卡片/头部环/底部入口均出现；全关 → 三者均消失
