CONTRIBUTING.md is missing AppVeyor information #410
Description
I think we should add how to connect a fork to AppVeyor and how that works when pushing a working branch, and how DscResources.Tests fits in.
Not sure if it should be in TestsGuidelines.md, GetingStartedWithGitHub.md or a new one 'GettingStartedWithAppVeyor.md'. Maybe just put it in TestsGuidelines.md for now since there are another issue discussion splitting up and improving the documentation?
