older version of pacakageManagemnt

Issue Type: Bug

Whenever I start VS Code, when the terminal starts I have a notification You have an older version of Package Mangement..
When clicking yes to update : powershell.exe -NoLogo -NoProfile -Command 'Install-Module -Name PackageManagement -Force -MinimumVersion 1.4.6 -Scope CurrentUser -AllowClobber'
But I do have 1.4.7 installed :

I am running PowerShell 5.1, I also have PoSh 7 installed.

Extension version: 2020.6.0
VS Code version: Code 1.46.1 (cd9ea6488829f560dc949a8b2fb789f3cdc05f5d, 2020-06-17T21:13:20.174Z)
OS version: Windows_NT x64 10.0.18363

I get the same issue. My default shell for vscode is set to use PowerShell Core 7.0.2 and the moment vscode launches when opening a PowerShell file it opens a new terminal Window against PowerShell 5.1 and pops up the following warning

the error is not blocking as answering not now will enable the extension to work. It is a little annoying, as the notification timer ends up, I must close and reopen the terminal.

It is not really the place, but I am trying to move away from ISE for debugging my PoSh code...

Hurray!! found the solution.
After installation of the lastest version of PowerShellGet (I wanted the allowPreRelease option) the powershell extension loaded without complain :)
Althought I launched update-module, PowerShellGet was still at 1.0.0.1 and did not shows up in installedModule
