v2.9.4 — 'Outside window' indicator on dashboard banner

What's new

• Dashboard "Outside window" indicator: when automation is enabled but the current time falls outside every configured migration window, the auto-migration banner now shows a moon-icon pill ("🌙 Outside window") next to the status, and the Run Now button dims with a tooltip warning that the run will exit early. Answers the "why isn't anything migrating right now?" question at a glance, instead of needing to open the Automation page and cross-check the schedule.

Detection is purely client-side off automationStatus.state.current_window — no backend changes.

UI-only patch. Standard update.sh / /deploy picks it up.
