Versioning system
The project will use customized versioning format based on semantic versioning.
The system divides development into three phases:
alpha
beta
release
Each one of these phases uses the same numerical case made by this scheme:
1.14.2
first number describes major version, it always states 0 for alpha phase and for 1 beta phase as they are alone considered major versions
second number describes minor version
third number describes patch
Then phases have their identifiers to make them distinct from each other.
alpha - no additions as 0 is identifier f.e. 0.2.13, 0.13.11
beta - prefix 'b' with numerical case f.e. b1.1.22, b1.8.2
release - no additions and major version starts from '1' f.e. 1.7.12, 4.22.1
Important
It is referred to every version as 'release' but do not confuse this term (that just means a published version of the app) with phase name. Always use version tag when distinguishing certain versions.
