FE Local Tools v0.0.2.beta

This release is here to look at and get a feel for the project. It's in a functional enough state to be used but still needs a lot of work. Designed to be usable fully offline, unzip the folder and open fehome.html in your browser of choice. Unsure which browsers will currently work work with it. Graphic design is not my strong suit so forgive the lackluster look of the program.
