What's new

Checking for updates shows a spinner and no longer says "up to date" a moment before a real update appears — the check now waits for the new version to finish installing before answering.
Post-update summary: right after the app updates itself, a popup summarizes what changed (tap outside or Close to dismiss). Turn it off in Setup › About to get a quiet one-line note instead.
"Full release notes on GitHub" link in Setup › About.

Fixes

Update check no longer shows two contradicting messages back to back.
