Includes the static rebuild improvements from 1.0.104: cached HTML minification, reuse of unchanged compressed files, faster published-page corpus checks and native PHP/libxml serialization fixes.

This patch also restores media files and CSV state after destructive Flat tests, preventing order-dependent CI failures, and refreshes locked dependencies.

Upgrading from 1.0.103 or earlier:

• Run php bin/console doctrine:schema:update --force to create the corpus index.
• If you use the optional Rust binaries, rebuild and redeploy pushword-content-analyzer and pushword-html-minifier.

Upgrading from 1.0.104 requires no additional action. See the upgrade note.
