Hard to find changelog #474
Description
When I upgrade packages on my projects I read the changelogs to check for anything I might need to update. I found Markdown's unfortunately hard to find.
A link from https://pythonhosted.org/Markdown/index.html would make it easy - at current one has to go to "Table of Contents" which is normally a last resort since most things in docs are already linked in the sidebar.
