Sinkhorn barycenters with abnormal mass

## Describe the bug
When minimizing OT_eps(alpha, beta) with respect to one of the measures weights, Sinkhorn's alg returns a histogram with mass larger than 1. This is due to assuming a symmetric cost matrix. 
Will be fixed in a future PR.
