Job Queue Tool

The job queue shows you the status of QM jobs that are being run through SEQCROW. The priority of queued jobs can be increased or decreased, changing the order the jobs will start. Running or queued jobs can be killed. If a job has started to run, you may browse the files in the scratch directory or open the main output file. Completed jobs can be removed from the queue, with the option to remove the job's scratch directory.
