The model manager tool allows the user to control models opened through SEQCROW.

If a QM job has been run through SEQCROW with the 'auto update' option selected, multiple options will be listed for the ChimeraX model. Each option will correspond to a different file; either the file that was opened in ChimeraX, or the output file for the QM job. The structure can be restored to that of any of the associated files by selecting the file and clicking 'restore'.

If the structure has multiple coordinate sets (e.g. a geometry optimization), the movie slider can be opened to flip through the coordinates by selecting the structure and clicking 'movie slider'. This is similar to executing the ChimeraX command:

coordset slider <model ID>
