Highlights

• Added CLAS authentication support using L6E files supplied together with files.
  • '.l6d', and '.L6D' files are now supported as L6D inputs.
• Added 'seclib', a wrapper library for authentication functions based on mbedTLS.
• Extended QZSS satellite support to include PRN 201.
  • QZSS PRNs read from RINEX 2 NAV files remain limited to RPN 199 due to RINEX 2 format limitations.
• Updated the Windows build environment for 'SSR2OSR', 'RNX2RTKP' and 'SSR2OBS':
  • 64-bit 'x86_64-w64-mingw32-gcc'
  • ExplicitC99 support
• Refactored the CSSR implementation into separate source files.
