Support For Assigning Internal Private IP

For access to SSH and RDP network, Openstack Instances should be accessible from QualiX server. Our design support adding a QualiX server present on a separate VLAN. The way to support this in OpenStack is to create a network with Provider Network as VLAN on which QualiX server listens on one interface.

This network should be pre-created by Admin and name of the network should be configured in the attributes of the driver. When we launch an OpenStack instance, the launched VM should have a NIC on this network and a Private IP on this network should get assigned to VM.
