  account comes from the same sheet as Harbor's sign-in, then Google's own consent screen shows

  inline-chat-mention-links for its branch (harbor/inline-chat-mention-links) and folder,
  instead of the first words of the message. Haiku is asked through your Claude login while the
  worktree is checked out; when there's no Claude login, it's offline or it takes long, the
  worktree starts with the message's words and its branch is renamed when the name comes (the
  folder follows once nothing works in it). Folders you renamed are left alone. From the phone too.
• The workspace menu under the composer only renames the worktree's folder; the branch is renamed
  from the branch menu next to it (desktop and phone).

  on whichever PC it is. No more card with a note box in the composer, nor a chip on the message;

  on a line of its own, before their text.
• @file and #123 tags and /commands (slash commands and skills) are blue in your messages,

  client, so there's no Google Cloud project to set up. Google may first say it hasn't verified

• Rename a chat's worktree folder on its own, from the workspace menu under the composer (the
  left "Worktree · …" chip › Rename worktree…) on the desktop, and the same place on the phone.
  It stays where it is; a name with "/" or spaces, starting with "." or "-", or already taken is
  refused in plain words. As with a branch rename, the folder moves at once when nothing works in
  it, else as soon as nothing does; the chat's Claude sessions come along, the chat shows a line
  and its agents are told. Once you've named the folder, renaming the branch leaves it be.
• "Rename branch…" is in the workspace menu too (and the phone's workspace sheet), so both
  renames are reachable from either chip.

Fixed

• A worktree folder still waiting to follow its renamed branch is renamed after a restart too
  (the plan is kept, not only in memory).
