HumanTemporary's position of the PDA is broken, its over his belt

You'll notice that all the clothing and stuff have an offset object origin; placing the origin at the same spot as the armature. The PDA origin isn't offset so it looks like someone just imported the PDA and parented it to the armature. Though I don't think it makes sense to offset the origin for each PDA variant and double the total number of PDA models...

Instead I updated the temphuman file with a PDA_slot empty and parented it to the armature then parented the PDA to the empty.

This file is a temporary though so I'm sure we will have more small things like this to fix once we add the more complete human file.
