CLI fix+rework and new search command

Reworked CLI interface, now game root is normal positional argument.
Examples:

• ApexPredator.exe extract <game_root> <files ...> [extra args]
• ApexPredator.exe search %.fmod_bankc

Added new search command, it searches files by pattern in sqlite3 like format
