Problem Description

Trying to build CK results in the following error on Fedora 42:

clang++: error: '-fuse-ld=' taking a path is deprecated; use '--ld-path=' instead [-Werror,-Wfuse-ld-path]

The problem is the same as #2097, where the user is also on Fedora 42. However, I can confirm that this error does not appear when building with Docker, so it might be specific to the Fedora environment.

I am using Rocm 6.3.1
