Make ModView a replacement for MD3View #95

Just a quick note about something we talked on in IRC: While MD3View's source was released a few years back, we're not going to add that - instead, we'll incorporate its functionality into ModView at some point. That means:

  • Adding support for loading MD3 files
  • Adding MD3 to GLM conversion (careful about the tags, Raven's MD3View code for that has a bug in it that I fixed in my fork)
  • Properly displaying MD3 files, including (saved) bounding box, tags, animations
  • Maybe improve it further by adding the ability to fix an MD3's bounding box (improper bounding boxes leat to still visible objects being culled).

I can agree to this. Also add support for adding lights to the scene, IQM support, and shaders and it's all set.

At that point, we should consider dropping it entirely and just adding expanded model viewing capabilities to the engine itself.
