Why macros for GCC in DisableStupidWarnings.h are commented

As showed in the title. Took me a while to find the issue.

It is a CRAN Repository Policy requirement. Why hands are tied in that matter.

(It is super annoying because it emits pages and pages and pages of noise. But CRAN owns the repo, CRAN provides the service, CRAN makes the rules. Thanks for your understanding.)
