Request: add more options for triangle tip position

In some cases I've wanted the option to put the triangle tip to a different position than the 4 which are provided.

I know I could do this through css overrides, but it would be nice to have extra options on the pointer position, or maybe an ovverrrideTipPosition function.

Possible Implementations

• add 'top-left' 'top-right' 'bottom-left' 'bottom-right' etc as extra options on the place prop of the component
• add ovverrrideTipPosition with the same interface as the existing ovverrridePosition
