Fixed profile loading

TrackIR integration and general fixes.

1. TrackIr Integration.
2. Fixed the responsive rate of the controller
3. Fixed the Saitek Integration
4. Added 3 way switch integration.

Fixed minor bug in compiling (numpy) and headlight logic that was changed by the AI without me knowing.

V1.1

Minor bug fixed (IDs for pantograph and autopilot). Added Bail-Off to the program, but it seems it is not properly sending the correct ID.

First release of OpenRailsLink.

Hopefullly everything works as intended. There are some known issues though.
