Refactor commands and database logic for TrustPlugin.

Restructured command logic into separate classes under `admincommand`. Migrated database operations to include callbacks for asynchronous table creation. Updated safe zone management to streamline initialization and logging of zones. Improved code readability and handling in the TrustPlugin initialization process.
