recomp-ui Virtual Boy asset selection snapshot

Adds explicit Virtual Boy asset-family selection to shared CMake staging. VB consumers use common launcher assets instead of copying another console family. Lowercase and uppercase console selection tests pass; all four existing Virtual Boy ports build with this revision. Source snapshot of PR104; game executables are released by their owning repositories.
