Use Cases for this project:

1. Users are able to customize and find scholarships for given criteria
2. Provide a list predefined criteria
3. Allow users to define their criteria?
4. Save users find results(?), i.e. create user accounts / user mgmt
5. Forward search results to emails or other channels
6. Run the specified searchs automatically periodically (e.g. weekly) and forward / save the results.
7. Present the results / data online (i.e. data visualization).
