TST: add more test cases

From EuRoC dataset, we may need to fix a few bugs:

• Team 07 (ValueError: could not convert string to float: 'auto') nose_cone.py
• Team 12 (ValueError: could not convert string to float: 'auto 0.025') nose_cone.py
• Team 15 (missing the .eng file and run the simulation)
• Team 16 (ValueError: could not convert string to float: 'auto') nose_cone.py
• Team 23 (UnboundLocalError: local variable 'position' referenced before assignment) get_position in nose_cone.py [rocket without nosecone, but 4 transitions instead]
• Team 24 (This rocket has 2 stages, so it is not work yet.)
