Change config's description accordingly to the Clerk UI

What needs to be done?

Update the description fields of the following configuration settings to reflect the new navigation paths in the project:

• For the Token issuer, change the config description path to: "Configure" -> "API keys" -> "Frontend API URL"
• For the Public key path, change the config description path to: "Configure" -> "API keys" -> "JWKS Public Key"
