I've seen your comment about the GLM-4.5 model. I'll investigate the reasoning section visibility issue for both DeepSeek V3.1 and GLM-4.5 models to ensure the fix addresses both. I'll open a PR with the solution.

Opened PR #7371 with my attempt at addressing this issue.

The fix detects DeepSeek V3 models (including V3.1) when reasoning effort is enabled and treats them as reasoning models, which should make the thinking/reasoning section visible.

Most CI checks are passing - waiting for the remaining tests to complete. Feedback welcome!
