[Sorry for posting two separate issues in a row, but I assumed it would be cleaner as they are distinct.]
When a subtask gets interrupted (for instance because Clause Code hits the 5-hour limit), then the parent task does not resume after the subtask is resumed and completed.

🔁 Steps to Reproduce

1. Have an agent create new_task for another agent
2. If Claude Code happens to hit the 5-hour limit when the subtask is running, the parent task won't resume after the subtask is eventually completed.

💥 Outcome Summary

Expected parent task to resume, but it did not.

I'm exploring a potential fix for the parent task resumption issue when subtasks get interrupted. I'll open a PR to share progress.

I've opened PR #7781 with a fix for this issue: #7781

The fix adds logic to detect when a parent task was paused waiting for an interrupted subtask and properly resumes it. The implementation:

• Adds a handleInterruptedSubtask() method to handle the cleanup
• Checks for interrupted subtasks in resumeTaskFromHistory()
• Properly clears the paused state and updates the conversation history

All tests pass and the code has been reviewed. Feedback welcome!
