Refactor item tracking to automatically discover and display all items
available in custom game data 13, removing the static preset_itemids.lua
file. This ensures the viewer always reflects the full contents of the
resource bank.

Introduce direct bank interaction, allowing users to deposit one stack, withdraw one stack,
or deposit all items via UI clicks.

Includes performance optimizations using table arenas, various UI/UX
improvements like alternating row colors
