Weather app using openweathermap.org's api and Implementing Motion Layout for a better user interface, chaos :)
A simple yet fully-featured real-time weather forecast application, using openweathermap.org's API.
Built with a bunch of things, but to name a few:
- Loopj HTTP Client library is used to interact with OpenWeatherMap's rest API
- Google's Material Theming is used to design the app to ensure that the app is easy to use and looks fancy at the same time
- OAuth 2.0 is used for authentication, Sign in with Google
- Cloud Firestore is used for updating user data in real-time
- Using MotionLayout for animating UI elements
