之前一直都没有统一制定成册的Rust标准编码规范, Rust开发者的经验又还不够成熟，导致项目协同开发的时候偶尔有一些问题。看到这份完成度已经很高的编码规范很开心！这正是我们现在需要的,已经开始在技术团队中推广应用~
