Description

Updates GitHub Actions for improved readability, add more tooling configurations, and implement mypy for type checking.

Related Issues

Changes Made

  • Cleanup GitHub Actions to be more consistent between files
  • Add configuration files more tooling based on Black compatible configurations
  • Officially add mypy as a recommended extension
  • Fix main to comply with new tooling support
